The track record
With more than 20 years in the Dominican Republic's real estate and tourism sector, I have devoted my career to spotting opportunities, building commercial strategies and connecting people with high-potential investments.
Along the way, I have worked with well-known real estate firms and developers, taking on responsibility for sales management, negotiation, project evaluation and leading local and international teams.
Taking part in international fairs, conferences and business events has sharpened my view of the market and helped me build a strong network of professional relationships. Highlights include speaking at the Women Economic Forum, serving as a member and official teacher of the Club Mundial de Emprendedores (CME), and being selected by the international magazine Mirror Review for its edition “Global Women Leaders: Redefining Industries in 2026”.
My professional training in hospitality, together with studies in International Business and Investment Project Formulation and Evaluation, brings an all-round perspective to analyzing real estate and tourism opportunities.

Tax incentives
The CONFOTUR law
Law 158-01 grants significant tax incentives to qualifying tourism projects, including:
- Property tax exemption for up to 15 years
- Transfer tax exemption on the initial purchase
- Income tax exemption on rental income from the property
- Import duty exemption on construction materials and equipment

The Dominican Republic places no restrictions on foreign ownership — an international buyer has the same rights as a Dominican citizen.
